About Us

Our story

I am a functional medicine practitioner, chiropractor in and from Switzerland, entrepreneur, father, bodybuilder, hunter, and podcaster—and a human being on a journey.
For 20 years, I supported people in my own practice, led them, built them up, and retained them. I had 30 employees in two businesses and drove a fast car. But at some point, external success alone no longer fulfilled me. I sensed that there was something deeper—something that couldn't be measured in diplomas, bank accounts, or titles, something that wasn't tied to the rat race.

The last few years have been a huge internal and external reset for me.
I let go of everything, failed, and got back up again – and began to truly listen to the voice of my heart – and follow it. In doing so, I discovered: I'm all about connection. About real conversations. About spaces where people can not only function, but also grow. Where worries, needs, and fears have just as much space as knowledge, experience, and emotions.

With Casami Digital, I combine my experience in medicine, coaching, entrepreneurship, and thousands of stories with human depth and emotion – for all those who want to consciously choose and shape their community and surroundings.

Vanessa is a registered nurse in Switzerland (HF), a certified fitness and personal trainer (SAFS), and has many years of experience in healthcare and my home-based businesses – she managed my group fitness studio and then headed the administrative management of my practice. She is a mother, wife, manager, fitness athlete, and much more, and she's on the journey with me.

Anyone who knows her knows that her true strength lies in her deep empathy, born of profoundly formative experiences. She listens. Her clarity and her insight into people's hearts are what define her.
Vanessa is not only a structured and highly disciplined organizer and experienced care professional, but also someone who has deep insights in the human story! Her calm and reserved manner creates space for listening.

She brings with her what is so often lacking today: down-to-earthness, calmness and a lot of heart.

We are a couple. Parents. Entrepreneurs. Training partners. People who don't shy away from disruption. We've been through the fire and the clouds together. We've experienced it all: the highs and lows of being an entrepreneur, working with people in medicine, and the restless journey to the center of our selves, across continents.
